View a read-only log of the available app and total app count for iSAMS-supported platforms using the Manage Application Platforms option in Control Panel. Each platform can host multiple applications capable of running previews sent from iSAMS. Use this to view the number of active apps supported to run iSAMS for each platform. This is useful for evaluating the accessibility of your system's previewing services to your users.
To view the number of applications available for each platform, follow the steps below:
- Select the Web Previewing Services applet from Control Panel.
- Select the Manage Application Platforms option from the menu on the right of the screen.
The Manage Application Platforms screen is displayed:
The number of available and total apps for each supported platform is listed.
