Once a module has been created, you can edit its properties in the Modules & Programmes applet. You can also set user permissions for each module, so that you can set restrictions on user interaction such as read and write. You can also rearrange the order of appearance and delete a module as required.
Access these options in the Modules & Programmes applet by clicking on the module you wish to manage. Modules are listed inside the module groups in the menu on the left of the screen.
Choose to:
- Edit Module Properties. Change the descriptive details, default permission settings and running options for a module.
- Edit Module Permissions. Specify action permissions that each user security profile has for a module. For example, you can let users with the Teachers security profile write information to the Timetable module.
- Arrange modules. Change the order that your modules appear in the module group on the left side of the iSAMS interface.
- Delete a module. Remove a module from iSAMS.
