You can access read-only statistics related to applicants that have not been permitted entry to your school using the options under Failure Status in the Status tab. The number of enquiries are counted against the schools the applicants have chosen instead. This is useful for evaluating the reasons as to why applicants have chosen other schools to attend. Additionally, you can view the number of applicants that have been rejected or withdrawn from entry to your school.
Access these options from the right-hand menu in the Status tab:

- Losing Schools. View statistics on the number of applicants that have chosen to attend a different school.
- Rejected & Withdrawn Reasons. View statistics on the numbers of applicants that have been rejected or withdrawn from entry to your school.
Losing Schools
View statistics based on the number of applicants that have chosen to attend a different school. The number of applicants is broken down into the schools that they have chosen. This is useful for evaluating your school's competition for applicants.
To view statistics on applicants that have chosen to attend a different school, follow the steps below:
- In the Admissions module, select the Status tab.
- Select Losing Schools from the menu to the right of the screen:
- Use the information available to evaluate your school's competition when attracting applicants to your school.
Rejected & Withdrawn Reasons
View statistics based on the number of applicants that have been rejected or withdrawn from entry to your school. For example, you can view the number of applicants that have been rejected because they have 'below par exam results'. Analysing these statistics is useful when you are looking to improve your school's admissions process.
To view statistics based on rejected or withdrawn applicants, follow the steps below:
- In the Admissions module, select the Status tab.
- Select Rejected & Withdrawn Reasons from the menu to the right of the screen:
- Use the information available to evaluate the number of applications that have been withdrawn or rejected.
