Use the Manage Subscriptions option in the Mobile & Tablet Manager to view all users and when they were last logged into apps. Use this option to control access to mobile apps, for example delete devices from here if you need to or change the user group that a user is linked to (this could change the user's notification permissions).
To manage subscriptions:
- Either:
- Open the iSAMS Control Panel and select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet.
or - Select Mobile & Tablet Manager from the module bar if the applet has been configured to display here.
- Open the iSAMS Control Panel and select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet.
Open the Notifications tab and select Manage Subscriptions from the right hand menu:
- Use the filters to display the users that you want to work with. Filter by:
- User group.
- Security group.
- User type.
- Account status.
- Surname.
Users are listed along with basic details and the date they last logged into a mobile app.
User accounts can be deleted from this screen by clicking
next to your selected user. This removes the user account completely from iSAMS. Only use this function to delete users which have been added in error. - Click
for the user that you want to work with.
A popup window is displayed:
- Use the User Details tab to edit the user's basic details, such as their full name and title.
- Complete the fields in the Account Details tab to change the account properties, such as the User Group, which can change notification permissions for the user.
- Use the Contact Details tab to update user contact details, such as postal address and telephone numbers.
- Use the My Network Space tab to specify a directory path for the server area assigned to the user account in the My Network Space module. Use the tab to view network space profiles that are shared with the user.
- Select the User Devices tab. All devices registered for app usage by the users are listed. Use the buttons available to delete a device, if necessary.
- Click Save & Close when finished.
