To add a new applicant feeder school, follow the steps below:
- Open the Marketing tab in the Admissions module and select the Manage Schools option from the right hand menu.
- Click Add School in the header bar. A popup window is displayed.
- Select the School Details tab and complete the fields displayed:
- Use a clear and concise name and code for the school. School codes are not compulsory but are a useful housekeeping tool.
- The primary contact details are only listed in the School Details tab (not under the Contacts tab) and can be used for correspondence with the feeder school.
- Select the School Structure tab and complete the fields displayed:
The selections available are managed from the Other Schools module. - Click Save & Close. The newly added feeder school is now listed.
Details can be accessed in both the Admissions module and the Other Schools module and linked to applicant and pupil records.
