Use the Component Harness option to check that component software used with iSAMS, such as Excel, is working correctly. The Component Harness option is available in the Configuration tab.
An example of the Component Harness screen is shown below:
Check this if you unable to download a Tracking Model in your selected format or the import/export functions from the Configuration tab are not working as expected.
Contact the Help Desk if any of the components are listed as not installed or not working correctly.
