Pupil Portal Core Features > Setting Up Activities Options

Use the Features tab in the Pupil Portal Manager module to set up the My Activities Record feature for use in the Pupil Portal:

Pupils can use the My Activities Record to view a list of their extracurricular events and schedules in the Pupil Portal.

Only activities that have been set to publish to the Pupil Portal are displayed.

To display activity information in the Pupil Portal, follow the steps below:

1. In the Pupil Portal Manager module, select the Features tab.
2. Select Activities Options from the right hand menu.
   The Activities Options screen is displayed:
   
3. In the Activities Options section, complete the fields displayed:
   
   • Activities Status. Select 'Open' from the drop down list to make activities features available from the Pupil Portal.
   • Include Activities. Use the checkboxes to display records of Current, Past or Future activities in the portal.
4. In the Display Preferences section, use the checkboxes to display selected information in the portal, such as pupil participation start and end dates and pupil contact details.
5. Click Save Options when finished.
