Use the Features tab in the Parent Portal Manager module to ensure that features enabled in the Parent Portal are functioning correctly. This is useful during Parent Portal maintenance.
To view the status of portal features, follow the steps below:
- In the Parent Portal Manager module, select the Features tab.
- Select the Features Overview option from the right hand menu.
The Features Overview screen is displayed first when you select the Features tab:
The status of each of the available portal features is listed. - Click Reload Features to show up-to-date information.
