Checking the Status of Parent Portal Features

Use the Current Status tab in the Parent Portal Manager module to check that Parent Portal features are available for parent users. This is useful during Parent Portal maintenance.

To view the statuses of portal features, follow the steps below:

1. In the Parent Portal Manager module, select the Current Status tab.
   The Parent Portal Overview screen is displayed first when you select the Current Status tab. An example is shown below:
   The statuses of all available portal features are listed.
2. Click Reload Summary to show up-to-date information.
