View a List of Current Portal Users

Use the Current Status tab in the Parent Portal Manager module to view a log of parent users currently accessing the Parent Portal.

The usernames of parents currently in the Parent Portal are listed along with the section they are working in, location and country. Timestamps of each active user's last recorded activity are also listed with the IP address of the device they are accessing the Parent Portal from. These details are useful for monitoring the activities of parents currently logged into the portal.

To view details of parent users currently logged into the Parent Portal, follow the steps below:

1. In the Parent Portal Manager module, select the Current Status tab.
2. Either:
   
   • Select the Current Users tab from the header bar.
     or
   • Select Current Users from the right-hand menu.
   The Current Parent Portal Users screen is displayed:
   Information for parents currently logged-in to the Parent Portal is listed.
3. Click  in the header bar to show up-to-date information.
