Use the School Details tab in a school record to view and manage basic information, such as a school's School Code, primary contact details or address.

To add general details to a school record, follow the steps below:
- In the Other Schools module, select the Other Schools tab.
- Search and select a school record to work with and select the School Details tab.
The School Details fields are displayed. - In the General School Details section, specify a unique School Code. School Codes are optional. Enter the School Name in the field available.
- In the Primary School Contact section, complete the fields available with information of the primary contact at the school.
- Complete the School Address section. You cannot add multiple addresses here. Either:
- Enter the school's address details manually.
or - Enter a postcode in the appropriate field and click the Find Address button. Select the correct address, this saves time.
- Enter the school's address details manually.
- Click Save Record when finished.
The school record is updated.
