A facility is available to create new documents in My Network Space. You can create:
- Microsoft Office Word documents.
- Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets.
- Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations.
You must have the respective applications installed on your computer to be able to create and work with these different document types. |
To create a new document, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the folder in the Tree Panel in which you want to create the new document, highlight New Document... in the context menu and select the top of document you want to create.
The Word document / Excel spreadsheet / PowerPoint presentation is created an opened in the respective application.
As it opens, you may be prompted:
Some files can harm your computer. If the file information below looks suspicious, or you do not fully trust the source, do not open the file.
You can trust the document, so click on OK to close this message.
You may also be prompted to enter your My Network Space credentials again.
2. Work on the document as you require.
3. Save the document.
4. Name the document when prompted.
