Delete a Custom Push Template

Use the Custom Push Templates option in the Mobile & Tablet Manager to delete templates for notification messages. This is useful for removing templates that are obsolete.

To delete a custom push template:

1. Either:
   • Open the iSAMS Control Panel and select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet.
     or
   • Select Mobile & Tablet Manager from the module bar if the applet has been configured to display here.

2. Open the Notifications tab and select Custom Push Templates from the right hand menu.
   The Custom Push Templates screen is displayed with templates listed on the left.

3. Select the template that you want to edit and click Delete Custom Push Template:
   
   You are prompted Are you sure you want to delete this push template?
4. Select Yes.
   The template is deleted.
