Use the Push Group Management option in the Mobile & Tablet Manager to manage security group permissions for sending and authorising notification messages to iSAMS mobile apps. All users are listed in the 'Default Security Group' which is set up for you.
The order that security groups are listed determines notification functions for iSAMS users if they are linked to more than one group. The security groups work in a top down method. Users linked to more than one group have their security privileges assigned from the security group that they are linked to which is displayed highest in the list. The 'Default Security Group' is always shown at the bottom of the list; it cannot be moved.
For example, configure the 'Default Security Group' so that all notifications require authorisation and configure the 'Admin' security group so that messages sent by anyone from this group do not require authorisation. List the 'Admin' group at the top of the list and any privileges set for the group override the privileges held for any users also linked to the 'Default Security Group'.
Notifications waiting to be authorised are listed as Queued.
