Applet Devices > Manage Banned Devices (Configuration tab) > Delete all Banned Devices (Configuration tab)

Delete all banned devices using the Manage Banned Devices screen. Use this to disassociate the iSAMS mobile apps from all devices in the list. This resets the mobile app on all devices, as if the user is logging into the mobile app for the first time. Delete all devices to remove their information from the iSAMS system.

To delete all banned devices, follow the steps below:

1. Select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet from iSAMS Control Panel.
   The Current Status screen is usually displayed first when you select Mobile & Tablet Manager.
2. Select the Configuration tab at the top of the screen.
3. Select the  Manage Banned Devices option from the menu to the right of the screen:
   
   The Manage Banned Devices screen is displayed:
   
4. Click  Delete All Banned Devices. A popup window is displayed. You are prompted Are you sure you want to delete all banned devices?
5. Click Yes to delete all devices from the list.

A log of deleted devices is kept in the Mobile & Tablet App Audit.
