Delete all active devices from the Manage Active Devices option. Use this to disassociate the iSAMS mobile apps from all devices in the list.
Deleting active devices resets the mobile app on all the devices, as if the user is logging into the mobile app for the first time. Delete all devices to remove their information from the iSAMS system.
To delete all active devices, follow the steps below:
- Select the Mobile & Tablet Manager applet from iSAMS Control Panel.
The Current Status screen is usually displayed first when you select Mobile & Tablet Manager. - Select the Configuration tab at the top of the screen.
- Select the Manage Active Devices option from the menu to the right of the screen:
The Manage Active Devices screen is displayed: - Click Delete All Active Devices in the top-left of the screen.
A popup window is displayed. You are prompted Are you sure you want to delete all active devices? - Click Yes to delete all devices from the list.
A log of deleted devices is kept in the Mobile & Tablet App Audit.
