Maintain vaccination schedule information for pupils from different countries. This is a useful tool for maintaining up to date vaccination records; lists of any overdue vaccinations are displayed in the Overview tab. Pupils are linked to a vaccination schedule in their patient record.
Edit the details in any existing vaccination schedule, such as changes to age ranges or new vaccinations. This is important for keeping patient records up to date.
To edit a vaccination schedule:
- Open the Medical Centre module.
- Select the Configuration tab:
- Select the Vaccination Schedules option from the right hand menu. The Vaccination Schedules screen is displayed:
- Click in your selected schedule. The Vaccination Schedules window is displayed:
- Either:
- Click Add to add a new vaccination to the schedule. A new line is displayed in the window.
or - Edit any vaccinations listed.
or - Delete a vaccination from the schedule. Click in a your selected vaccination. This removes any due vaccinations which may be listed in pupil patient records.
- Click Add to add a new vaccination to the schedule. A new line is displayed in the window.
- Select a Vaccination. Vaccinations must be added individually. Vaccination groups cannot be added here.
- Select the Years From and Months From that the vaccination must be given. This is the minimum age that the vaccination can be given. For example, for 4 years old set Years From to '4' and Months From to '0'. 4 years and 1 month is Years From '4' and Months From '1'.
- Select the Years To and Months To that the vaccination must be given. This is the maximum age that the vaccination can be given. If the pupil reaches this age and hasn't received the vaccination an overdue note is listed in the Overview tab.
- Enter the Quantity of vaccinations that are due between the ages set.
- Click Save & Close. The amended schedule is displayed in the Vaccination Schedules screen and can be selected in a pupil patient record.
