Use the School Divisions tab in My Preferences to setup a school divisions filter in your iSAMS data. Only your selected school division data will be shown. More than one school division can be selected.
The school divisions system can be created by your iSAMS Administrator in the School Manager module. Each school division consists of an unlimited amount of school year groups.
To change your school divisions filter:
- Click My Options in the top toolbar:
- Select My Preferences from the menu displayed.
The iSAMS Preferences window is displayed:
- Select the School Divisions tab.
- Either:
Click on either All Divisions.
or
Click on your selected school division.
or
Hold down the Ctrl key and click multiple school divisions. - Click Save & Close.
The iSAMS Framework - loading screen is briefly displayed.
Your Desktop is displayed with any changes you have made.
A message be displayed under the Top Toolbar on Your Desktop if you have filtered your data by School Division:
- Click on the message to toggle between all school divisions and your filtered school division.
