Choose to clear all the logs for batch API key requests. Use this function in the API Services Manager to prevent unnecessary information clogging up iSAMS. For example, clear all API logs for batch API keys once a third party has completed their development work.
To delete batch API key requests logs, follow the steps below:
- In the iSAMS Control Panel Module select the API Services Manager applet.
- Select View Batch API Logs from the right hand menu.
An example of the API Requests screen is shown below (this screen is the same for all API options): - Click Clear All API Logs in the top left of the screen.
You are prompted Are you sure you want to reset all Batch Key logs? - Select Yes.
All batch API logs are deleted.
