Delete an admissions agency or admissions agency branch which has been added in error.
Deleting an admissions agency or branch which is associated with a pupil or applicant removes all links. No record is kept of the relationship or the admissions agency.
To delete an admissions agency or admissions agency branch, follow the steps below:
- Open the Marketing tab in the Admissions module and select Manage Agencies from the right hand menu. The Manage Agents screen is displayed:
- Either:
- Click All in the header bar to list all agencies.
or - Click on a letter in the header bar to filter agencies by the first letter of the agency name.
- Click All in the header bar to list all agencies.
- Locate the agency that you want to work with and either:
- Click next to the agency you want to delete.
or - Click next to the agency branch you want to delete.
- Click next to the agency you want to delete.
- Click OK.
All records of the selected admissions agency or branch are removed. The record is also removed from the Agent Manager module.
