You can access read-only statistics regarding the number of enquiries to your school using the options under Enquiry Status in the Status tab. For example, you can view the number of enquiries that have originated from a specific feeder school. This is useful for evaluating your school's methods in attracting applicant enquiries. Additionally, you can use this to analyse your school's yearly enquiry numbers.
Enquiry statistics are split into three options. Access these options from the right-hand menu in the Status tab from Admissions:
The following options are available to you:
- Latest Admission Enquiries. View statistics showing the number of enquiries to your school by different parameters, such as Months of Birth.
- Admission Enquiry Timeline. View statistics showing the number of enquiries to your school by month and year.
- Enquiry Methods & Reasons. View statistics showing the number of enquiries to your school by enquiry method and reason.
Latest Admission Enquiries
Use the Latest Admission Enquiries screen to view statistics on the number of enquiries to your school. Use this to see the number of enquiries taken from pupils applying from a feeder school. You can also view a chart showing the number of enquiries by different parameters, such as Months of Birth or Admissions Year. This is useful when analysing the performance of your school in generating enquiries.
To view statistics shown in the Latest Admission Enquiries screen, follow the steps below:
- In the Admissions module, select the Status tab.
- Select Latest Admission Enquiries from the menu to the right of the screen:
- Use the information available to evaluate the number of enquiries by feeder schools and other parameters such as School Status.
Admission Enquiry Timeline
Use the Admission Enquiry Timeline screen to view statistics on the number of enquiries that your school receives by month and year. You can also view the number of enquiries produced per year. This is useful when analysing the monthly and yearly performance of your school in generating enquiries.
To view statistics shown in the Admission Enquiry Timeline screen, follow the steps below:
- In the Admissions module, select the Status tab.
- Select Admission Enquiry Timeline from the menu to the right of the screen:
- Use the information available to evaluate the number of enquiries your school receives in monthly and yearly intervals.
Enquiry Methods & Reasons
Use the Enquiry Methods & Reasons screen to view breakdowns of the number of enquiries by enquiry method. This is useful for analysing how applicants have contacted your school regarding admissions. Enquiry methods are specified when adding an enquiry using the Enquiry tab.
To view the statistics shown in the Enquiry Methods & Reasons screen, follow the steps below:
- In the Admissions module, select the Status tab.
- Select Enquiry Methods & Reasons from the menu to the right of the screen
- Select a tab to work with from the top of the screen:
A breakdown of information is displayed. The number of enquiries is shown depending on the tab you have chosen. For example, select the Methods tab to view yearly counts of enquiries for different methods of enquiry. An example is shown below:
Use the information displayed to evaluate the methods and reasons associated with enquiries to your school.
The Feeder Schools tab is not currently available.
